These mats DO NOT have Opening cutouts. They are blank mats that can be used for cutting your own custom-sized mat boards.
!! These are packed well in an inner and outer box. We cannot however guarantee that all corners or edges will arrive without dings. If edge to edge perfection is required for your project, a local picture frame shop may be best option.
