We provide accurate and transparent shipping costs direct from the shipping carriers websites. They calculate exactly what it costs to ship your order, based on weight, destination and our discounted negotiated rates. Estimated arrival date is shown during checkout. Shipments are traceable via FedEx.com or USPS.com and a tracking number will be provided once shipped.
We ship to all US zip codes. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Must choose USPS if shipping to a PO Box.
If you do not need to ship to a PO Box, do not include the PO Box # in any shipping field, as that will hide the FedEx options.

For our local Albuquerque and surrounding area customers, you will have the option for free local pick-up during checkout. Once your online order has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know it's 'completed' and ready for pick up.

Understand The Material - An Overview Of What Shipping Paper Means
Shipping paper can be expensive. A single mat isn't heavy, but once you pack a quantity of it, the weight begins to add up. Even if only a couple of mats are ordered and the weight isn't heavy, it is a "fragile" product that can be bent, creased or damaged in transit. We can't just put into a simple envelope without added protection.
What we can do, is pass along our discounted shipping rates! After years of negotiations and growing the volume of orders we ship daily, we've been able to discount rates across the board and we can pass those savings to you. Just for fun, try taking your order to the nearest post office or FedEx store and see how much it would cost to ship back. It might surprise you how much they actually charge.

Returns
Our policy is simple: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 30 days of delivery.
Normal returns i.e., you ordered the wrong item, entered in wrong custom dimensions or because you dislike a product, etc. will be subject to the customer paying the return shipping costs. You can expect to receive your refund shortly after we receive the items.
~ Items cut with 'custom size' dimensions are refundable at 50% of purchase price. These items cannot be resold.
~ Items cut with 'standard' dimensions listed on site are refundable at 100% of purchase price.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges (including actual cost if Free Shipping applied) will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Matboard Plus.
We do not accept returns on Special Deal items. However, if what you received is incorrect or damaged we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
